Setup
Arrive 30 mins pre-launch to set up your base.
Check In
Invite your crew to arrive 15 mins early for check-in to maximise play time.
Waivers
Make sure all waivers are completed online before arrival for light-speed check-in.
Party Room
After waivers, Ground Control will guide you to your private party room.
Party Host
Your Party Host will greet you, give the mission brief, and issue wristbands and socks.
Play Time
The Host will navigate your crew through every play zone for out-of-this-world fun.
Refuel
Cake Time!

PARTY FAQs
Can older kids play at Area 51 Castle Hill, Mt Gravatt, Redcliffe and Helensvale?
Area 51 Mt Gravatt, Redcliffe and Helensvale are exclusively for kids aged 12 and under. This policy applies to both General Admission and Parties.
Is the birthday child part of the guest count?
Do you allow outside food?
For the safety of all our customers, we strictly do NOT allow outside food - as some common allergens can hide in food and spread in the play areas.
Please be considerate of other customers who have allergies. People who are caught with outside food will be asked to pack it up.
Should you need to fuel up during your visit you may purchase food from our cafe.
Can I bring a cake into the Venue?
Only NUT-FREE cakes are allowed, you may add our cakeage fee of $10 when you purchase your play passes.
Can we bring in water bottles?
Yes. Refillable water bottles are permitted inside Area 51.
I left something at the centre, how do I contact your Lost and Found?
Please call 0743515151 or email askus@area51world.com.au asap. Items not collected within 1 week will be disposed

Do you accept group bookings and exclusive hires?
Area 51 Redcliffe currently does not offer group or corporate rates and does not accommodate exclusive hires. However, be sure to follow us on social media for updates and announcements!
