GARDEN CITY FAQs

Can older kids play at Area 51 Garden City?

Area 51 Garden City is exclusively for kids aged 12 and under. This policy applies to both General Admission and Parties.

Do you allow outside food?

For the safety of all our customers, we strictly do NOT allow outside food – as some common allergens can hide in food and spread in the play areas.

Please be considerate of other customers who have allergies. People who are caught with outside food will be asked to pack it up.

Should you need to fuel up during your visit you may purchase food from our cafe.

Can I bring a cake into the Venue?

Only NUT-FREE cakes are allowed, you may add our cakeage fee of $10 when you purchase your play passes.

Can we bring in water bottles?

Yes. Refillable water bottles are permitted inside Area 51.

I left something at the centre, how do I contact your Lost and Found?

Please call 0743515151 or email askus@area51world.com.au asap. Items not collected within 1 week will be disposed

How big are your pizzas?

Our pizzas are huge and have 18 slices each.

Do you accept group bookings and exclusive hires?

Area 51 Garden City currently does not offer group or corporate rates and does not accommodate exclusive hires. However, be sure to follow us on social media for updates and announcements!

How do I book a Party?

Step 1

Guest Count

Work out the total number of children you plan on inviting.

Step 2

Choose Package

See the different packages and their inclusions.

Step 3

Book Now

Click Book Now and select the date of your party.

Step 4

Select Time

Make sure the package and date is correct. Select the time

Step 5

Guest Number

Adjust the numbers of guests according to what you counted in step 1.

Step 6

Add On Extras

Follow the steps, add on any extras and navigate to the checkout. Make sure the Email me with news and offers box is ticked to receive important notifications.

Step 7

Pay Deposit

Pay the 50% deposit for the party at checkout . Check your inbox for your confirmation email, ensure everything is correct and take note of the deadlines!

Step 8

Online Account

Create an online account with the email address you used to book. Login to check your party's Order Summary and send Waiver invites to all your guests.

Step 9

Requests (if any)

If you have any dietary requirement or special requests, please email parties.gardencity@area51world.com.au

After Booking

After you have made your initial booking online, there are still some things that you will need to take care of.
Organise your birthday cake. We do not supply cakes. We will have space in the fridge or freezer.
Organise your party favours. These can be handed out at the end of your party session to ensure
none of the contents end up on the play equipment.
Send out invitations and ensure your RSVP date is set for no later than 10 days before your party.
Please be advised that purchased add-ons are non-refundable or changeable.
Create an online account (if you haven’t done so already) with the email address you used to book. Login and use your account to check your party’s Order Summary and send Waiver invites to all your guests.
If you wish to add anything else to your booking after the final invoice is paid, please do so in writing
with the exact details to parties.gardencity@area51world.com.au. Any add-ons submitted in writing will be invoiced to you.
No add-ons or amendments can be accepted after 5 pm on the Wednesday before your party for
weekend bookings and 4 days prior for weekday party bookings
