I had a very good experience over the weekend with my son being invited to a party and was overwhelmed by the amount of activities that was in this place. I highly recommend recommended to all parents to go with the children and also for party events most special. I even joined in with my son with a whole bunch of activities even Enjoyed myself quite a lot! The team is very good over there as well and they are very caring and understanding to the different age groups of children that come through there and think that these guys are fantastic at what they do!! keep up the good work guys!!

We recently hosted our child’s birthday party here, and it exceeded all expectations. Our party host, Muhammad, was exceptionally supportive and engaging with the children, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The highlight of the day was the snow room, which the kids absolutely loved. A fantastic experience overall.

We want to a Birthday party at Area 51 Underwood and it was fantastic, there was a staff member who toured the party guests around and kept track of them from activity to activity. So many things to go and a wide range of activities. My husband got me a coffee and I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. The only issue was the heat but we kept our son well hydrated. Will go back again.

This is my first ever post and also my first time in Area 51 Underwood. My kids had a great time there, particularly because of one staff member. He had black curly hair and darker skin tone and I believe he said his name was Shibant (but I'm not sure if its correct--sorry!). My kids are usually very hesitant to play with others or get involved but this staff was very attentive and encouraging towards them. He also did this while watching over all the other kids which made me so impressed! I hope he gets recognised for this post and rewarded because he deserves it! I would say some feedback is for other staff to take after his example and be more warm and caring. But overall 5/5 experience I will definitely be back!.

Gary provided us with exceptional customer service and took our raiding experience from a 10 to a 100. Area 51 is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Akky turned our leap of faith into a leap of joy 🌸

It was such a fantastic place for our daughter – she had an amazing time exploring, and we felt comfortable and welcomed from the moment we walked in. The staff at the front desk were incredibly lovely, warm, and accommodating. They even shared a great laugh with my partner and me, which made the visit feel even more personal and enjoyable. The facilities are top-notch – the baby change rooms and family spaces were very clean, as were the general toilets. The entire venue is impressively well-maintained. And the play area? Massive, exciting, and full of things for kids to do – it’s honestly one of the best we’ve seen. We’re already looking forward to coming...

Went there today for the first time with my grandkids Scarlett (6) & Kyron (5). This place was awesome so much for the kids to do. The Area 51 team member named Alvin... 5 stars!! He was FANTASTIC with the kids! He played with the kids in the trampoline area, had lots of energy & the kids loved him. Amazing place, good value for money, we will definitely be coming back!

We absolutely loved Area 51! The place is HUGE !!! so much to do and explore. The play areas look super cool and futuristic, and there’s something for every age group. But honestly… the food surprised us the most. There’s a legit Chinese restaurant inside?! Wild. I think there’s a kitchen there too where you can make your own food! The little extras added such a nice touch too- The massage chairs that charge your phone. Press on nails vending machine. Fresh juice truck etc. Easily one of the best indoor parks we’ve been to. Will always recommend and go back.

The place is great for kids of all ages. Lots of different things to do. Although a few of the things / activities do cost extra. Had our daughter’s birthday there on the weekend. It was ours & her 1st time there & she & all her friends had an absolute ball. U get yor own personal party host for the whole 2 hours of the party. We had a very lovely young lady named “Indi” the kids loved her as did we. She did an absolutely amazing job. She is extremely lovely, friendly & helpful. Always made sure the kids were all ok esp when our daughter was a bit scared to go down one of the slides. Indi sat with her so patiently & talked to her so calmly & not rushing her at all. We can’t thank her enough for an absolutely fantastic day.

Oh my gosh, Adults Night was AMAZING! This was my first time coming to Area 51 and it was such a fun experience. The vibe was unreal, everyone was hyped, and the staff were absolutely incredible. Huge shoutout to Leira and Jaylah they seriously deserve a raise! They were by FAR the best staff there, matching our energy all night 🫶 (👀 sorry Muhammad and Gary lol) Thank you girls so much for making the night unforgettable I’ll 100% be back again! Guys, I HIGHLY recommend going!!! Guys RUN DONT WALK!
