1. Full Payment 7 Days Before Booking:

a. After receiving the invoice, the deposit of 50% needs to be paid within 7 days to secure your date. If payment is not received within this period, your booking will be automatically cancelled by the system.
b. All bookings require full payment 7 days before the scheduled event.
c. Ensure that your account team is informed well in advance to process the payment before the due date.

2. Bookings Made Less Than 7 Days Before Event:

a. If a booking is made less than 7 days before the event, full payment is to be made 5 business days before the booking.

3. Add-Ons and Additional Guests:

a. No add-ons or amendments can be accepted after 5 pm on the Thursday before your event for
weekend bookings and 3 days prior for weekday group bookings.
b. Please make sure to purchase and/or amend your meals and any other add on before the above cut-off.
c. Grazing boards can’t be added on the day of your event – you may only purchase items from our Cafe’s daily menu.

4. Invoice Policy:

a. No invoices will be issued after the event.
b. All payments must be settled in advance.

5. Payment Clearance and Cancellation Protocol:

a. If payment is not cleared into Area 51 accounts 5 business days before the booking:
▪ You will receive a cancellation email and a follow up cancellation call.

6. Refund of Booking Payments:

a. NO refunds to be given 7 days before their booking as this is in line with our refund policy for all other bookings.
