Our party room packages include all the standard features listed below. Each package offers 90 minutes (1.5 hours) of playtime, with the main difference being the play area your guests can access — ensuring age-appropriate fun and adventure!
Exciting Party Menu Update (Starting July 16th)
From July 16th onwards, all kids’ parties will enjoy a simplified and fun menu with pizza and chips for everyone — no need to select individual meals!
Want to upgrade? Add chicken bites and a slushie for just $8 per person to make the celebration even better.

It is advised that party parents purchase tickets for the correct number of party participants who may be in attendance (If you are inviting 16 guests, purchase 16 tickets). Area 51 party-team can always reduce your party numbers closer to the date. Once guest numbers reach 16, party parents will need to discuss options for fitting additional children.

- A deposit of 50% for the core party package is due upon checkout to secure your date.
- Add-ons such as Grazing Boards are to be paid in full upon check-out.
- Last minute parties booked within 7 days require full payment, providing there are party sessions available to book.

What Can I Bring?
Lolly bags welcome but must be given at the end of the party. BYO nut-free cake (don’t forget candles) & weighted balloon bouquets (we have tall ceilings). No other outside food is permitted — we are a Peanut Free Venue! No smash cakes, confetti, or party poppers.
Waivers
Create an online account (if you haven’t done so already) using the email address you used to book. Send a waiver invite to all your guests from your Area 51 account dashboard. Ensure all your guests sign a waiver for a quick check-in when you arrive.
Siblings (Not Party Participants)
Please ensure that parents of your party guests are aware that they need to pre-book tickets online for siblings not invited to your party. It possible our capacity could sell out in advance and walk ins are not often able to be accommodated on busy party weekends.

Join us for a hands-on class where you’ll craft your own mouthwatering pizzas, served with a delicious side of garlic bread.
But the fun doesn’t stop there! For dessert, tantalize your taste buds with our delectable Nutella and marshmallow pizza, topped with your choice of delightful extras. Plus, every guest gets a Moonwalk ticket to keep the good times rolling!

After Booking
After you have made your initial booking online, there are still some things that you will need to take care of.
- Organise your birthday cake. We do not supply cakes. We will have space in the fridge or freezer.
- Organise your party favours. These can be handed out at the end of your party session to ensure none of the contents end up on the play equipment.
- Send out invitations and ensure your RSVP date is set for no later than 10 days before your party.
- Please be advised that purchased add-ons are non-refundable or changeable.
- Create an online account (if you haven’t done so already) with the email address you used to book. Login and use your account to check your party’s Order Summary and send Waiver invites to all your guests.
- If you wish to add anything else to your booking after the final invoice is paid, please do so in writing with the exact details to parties@area51bne.com. Any add-ons submitted in writing will be invoiced to you.
- No add-ons or amendments can be accepted after 5 pm on the Wednesday before your party for weekend bookings and 4 days prior for weekday party bookings
- Please make sure to purchase and/or amend your grazing boards before the above cut-off.
- Grazing boards can’t be added on the party day – you may only purchase items from our Cafe’s daily menu.
