GARDEN CITY FAQs
Where do I find height and weight restrictions?
In general activites are based on age, except Super Climber which requires a minimum height of 122cm. Kids 2 years and below can access the Toddler Zone. Kids 3 – 4 years can access the whole venue, except the Super Climber. Kids 5 – 12 years can access the whole venue, except the Toddler Zone.
Can older kids play at Area 51 Garden City?
Do you allow outside food?
Exceptions are made only for personal water bottles, nut-free birthday cakes, and party bags intended for guests to take home.
If there is a dietary or health-related concern, please call or email us ahead of time so we can assist you.
Anyone found bringing in outside food will be kindly asked to pack it away.
Can I bring a cake into the Venue?
Only NUT-FREE cakes are allowed, you may add our cakeage fee of $10 when you purchase your play passes.
Can we bring in water bottles?
Yes. Refillable water bottles are permitted inside Area 51.
I left something at the centre, how do I contact your Lost and Found?
Please call 0743515151 or email askus@area51world.com.au asap. Items not collected within 1 week will be disposed

Can I walk-in and purchase tickets at the counter?
It is best to book online so you can secure the tickets that you want. You can walk in however we cannot guarantee availability especially during weekends and school holidays.
Can I reserve a table?
No. Table seating is based on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations are not accepted.
Can I wear my own grip socks?
I have a cast, can I play?
We do not allow children/adults on the equipment if they have a cast.
Is Area 51 wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Area 51 Garden City is wheelchair accessible.
Am I allowed to supervise my child on the trampolines?
Do you offer refunds?
All Bookings are non-refundable.

Do I have to sign a waiver?
Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website and Selecting your Purchases. The conditions of sale will apply to and bind the purchaser, participant, accompanying adult or any user of any Area 51 product described in the Website.

Parking
Enter Macgregor Street via Kessels Road, enter the carpark, turn right and follow signs for the purple carpark. The car park is directly opposite the entrance.
Follow Link Street and continue through the roundabout onto Macgregor Street, take the slip lane to the carpark entry, keep left and then turn left toward the purple car park.

- Guests are responsible for damages caused through misuse.
