You can walk in however we cannot guarantee availability especially during weekends and holidays.

Login to your account, find your booking and sign your online waiver before you arrive. Don't forget to complete waivers for all participants.

Alternatively, if you do not have an account make sure to click the waiver link at the bottom of your confirmation email.

We require that you sign a waiver before participating.

Arrive at the centre 15 minutes before your session and show the QR Code you received via email.

Click here and create an online account using the email address you used to purchase your play passes.

Login to view the dashboard.

On the dashboard, find the booking you want to manage and click the EDIT BOOKING button.

You will be taken to the full product list.

Reminder: you may only re-schedule, add or remove items if your booking starts at least 24 hours from now. No refunds.

Tap re-schedule if you wish to move your booking to another date or time. Click the purple re-schedule button to confirm the change. You may also change the number of your tickets by clicking on Edit Qty.

You may also add tickets for another age category, or socks and other add ons. Then click Check Out.

If you are purchasing additional tickets. Add the name, how you heard about us, accept the terms and press continue to complete the booking.
