CASTLE HILL FAQs
Can older kids play at Area 51 Castle Hill?
Area 51 Castle Hill is exclusively for kids aged 12 and under. This policy applies to both General Admission and Parties.
Do you allow outside food?
For the safety of all our guests, outside food is strictly not allowed, as common allergens can easily transfer to play areas.
Exceptions are made only for personal water bottles, nut-free birthday cakes, and party bags intended for guests to take home.
If there is a dietary or health-related concern, please call or email us ahead of time so we can assist you.
Anyone found bringing in outside food will be kindly asked to pack it away.
Can I bring a cake into the Venue?
Only NUT-FREE cakes are allowed, you may add our cakeage fee of $10 when you purchase your play passes.
Can we bring in water bottles?
Yes. Refillable water bottles are permitted inside Area 51.
Can I wear my own grip socks?
Where do I find height and weight restrictions?
I have a cast, can I play?
We do not allow children/adults on the equipment if they have a cast.
Do you offer refunds?
All Bookings are non-refundable.

Do I have to sign a waiver?
Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website and Selecting your Purchases. The conditions of sale will apply to and bind the purchaser, participant, accompanying adult or any user of any Area 51 product described in the Website.

Getting Here
Area 51 Castle Hill is in the Southside Building. The best access is via the rooftop car park where the pet store is. Head to level one, we are the side furthest away from Toymate.

- Parental supervision required at all times.
- Snow World: enclosed shoes required.
- Age, height, and weight limits apply.
- Participants must be physically fit.
- No rough play, bullying or harassment.
- No smoking or vaping.
- Area 51 grip socks must be worn on all equipment by ALL participants.
- Outside food is not permitted due to allergy safety.
- Personal water bottles, nut-free birthday cakes, and take-home party bags allowed.
- If you have a dietary or health concern, please contact us ahead of time.
- Guests are responsible for damages caused through misuse.
- Use of a ticket implies acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
