Can older kids play at Area 51 Garden City?
Do you allow outside food?
For the safety of all our customers, we strictly do NOT allow outside food – as some common allergens can hide in food and spread in the play areas.
Please be considerate of other customers who have allergies. People who are caught with outside food will be asked to pack it up.
Should you need to fuel up during your visit you may purchase food from our cafe.
Can I bring a cake into the Venue?
Only NUT-FREE cakes are allowed, you may add our cakeage fee of $10 when you purchase your play passes.
Can we bring in water bottles?
Yes. Refillable water bottles are permitted inside Area 51.
I left something at the centre, how do I contact your Lost and Found?
Please call 0743515151 or email askus@area51world.com.au asap. Items not collected within 1 week will be disposed

Can I walk-in and purchase tickets at the counter?
It is best to book online so you can secure the tickets that you want. You can walk in however we cannot guarantee availability especially during weekends and school holidays.
Can I reserve a table?
No. Table seating is based on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations are not accepted.
Can I wear my own grip socks?
Where do I find height and weight restrictions?
In general activites are based on age, except Super Climber which requires a minimum height of 122cm. Kids 2 years and below can access the Toddler Zone. Kids 3 – 4 years can access the whole venue, except the Super Climber. Kids 5 – 12 years can access the whole venue, except the Toddler Zone.
I have a cast, can I play?
We do not allow children/adults on the equipment if they have a cast.
Is Area 51 wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Area 51 Garden City is wheelchair accessible.
Do Parents / Carers / Companions Need to Purchase Tickets?
Astrotot and Mini Rover (ages 0-4) ticket holders include two complimentary Spectator Tickets. If the spectator wishes to assist the child on the equipment, they only need to purchase socks.
Due to limited space in our center, parents of children aged 5 and above who wish to assist their child on the equipment must purchase a $10 Adult Helper ticket, which includes socks.
If a child aged 0-4 requires additional assistance beyond the included spectator pass, an Adult Helper ticket must be purchased.
Am I allowed to supervise my child on the trampolines?

Do YOU ACCEPT GROUP bookingS AND EXCLUSIVE HIRES?
Area 51 Garden City currently does not offer group or corporate rates and does not accommodate exclusive hires. However, be sure to follow us on social media for updates and announcements!
Do I have to sign a waiver?
Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website and Selecting your Purchases. The conditions of sale will apply to and bind the purchaser, participant, accompanying adult or any user of any Area 51 product described in the Website.
Reminders
- Online bookings are essential.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session for more play time.
- Dress children for comfort and play.
- For faster check-in, it is best to book your ticket online.
- Sign up and create an online account, so you can:
– book and manage your general admission tickets
– sign waivers
– redeem gift vouchers
Parking
Enter Macgregor Street via Kessels Road, enter the carpark, turn right and follow signs for the purple carpark. The car park is directly opposite the entrance.
Follow Link Street and continue through the roundabout onto Macgregor Street, take the slip lane to the carpark entry, keep left and then turn left toward the purple car park.

House Rules
- Parental supervision is required at all times.
- Area 51 grip socks are required to be worn on our equipment at all times by all participants including parents supervising their children.
- Participants must be physically fit.
- We do not allow children/adults on the equipment if they have a cast.
- Height and weight limits apply for all activities, please observe before use.
- Use and participation in all activities at Area 51 is at guests’ own risk
- Area 51 is not responsible for any accidental injury sustained during play.
- No rough play, anyone observed exhibiting bullying, harassment or unlawful conduct will be asked to leave, no refund will be given.
- For the safety of all our customers, we strictly do NOT allow outside food – as some common allergens can hide in food and spread in the play areas. People who are caught with outside food will be asked to pack it up.
- No smoking/vaping within the centre and 5m of the entry doors.
- Customers are required to pay for damages caused through misuse.
- Kindly review our Terms and Conditions, use of ticket implies acceptance. Area 51 reserves the right to modify them without prior notice.
