Pizza Making Party
Go hands-on with our Pizza Making Party — a fun 2.5-hour experience where kids make and bake their own pizzas and still get plenty of playtime. Jugs of water and cordial are included for the table to keep everyone refreshed while they celebrate!
Before You Book
How do I book a party?
- Confirm your guest count (minimum 10, maximum 16 per room).
- Visit the Party Booking Page of Area 51 Underwood.
- Choose your package.
- Select your date and time.
- Enter your guest numbers.
- Add extras (Grazing Boards must be paid in full at checkout).
- Pay the 50% deposit.
You will receive a confirmation email with important deadlines.
After booking, create your online account to send waivers and manage your party.
For dietary requirements or special requests, please email us after booking.
How many guests can I invite?
- Packages include 10 guests.
- Maximum 16 children per room.
- More than 16? You must book 2 party packages (max 32 total).
We cannot guarantee space for additional guests after booking.
Is the birthday child part of the guest count?
Yes. Our party packages have a minimum of 10 paying guests, including the birthday child — the celebrant is counted as one of the participants.
What if I go over 16 children?
Rooms cannot exceed 16 children for safety and space reasons.
What if I have multiple age groups attending?
Access to attractions depends on:
Children may be able to play together in some areas depending on eligibility.
Do siblings need to pre-book tickets?
Siblings not included in your party must pre-book General Admission online.
We often sell out on weekends.
Siblings are not part of your party booking. Arriving without a pre-booked ticket may result in:
- Long check-in delays
- Being turned away
Supervising adults enter free. Adults who would like to enter the equipment area to join in the fun will need to purchase Supervisor Tickets (prices vary).
What play areas are included?
Children receive wristbands according to age category. Height and weight restrictions apply.
Snow House, Orbit Rider, Bowling and VR activities are not included in party packages.

What are the party deadlines?
FOR WEEKEND BOOKINGS
Monday:
Our team will call to confirm your booking details.
Tuesday:
Final invoice is due.
Wednesday 5 pm:
No add-ons or amendments will be accepted after this time.
ALL BOOKINGS
All parties must be paid in full at least 3 days before the event.
Failure to pay by the due date will result in cancellation.
Deposits are non-refundable.

Do you accept group bookings and exclusive hires?
After You Book
What do I need to organise after booking?
You must:
- Organise a nut-free birthday cake (or add on our ice cream cake)
- Organise party favours (hand out at end only)
- Send invitations
- Set RSVP for 10 days before party
- Ensure waivers are signed
- Pay final invoice by deadline
Where do I find the invitations?
Only issue invitations for the number of children booked.
We may not be able to accommodate additional guests.
How do waivers work?
All children playing must have a signed waiver.
Log into your online account and send waiver invites to guests.
Unsigned waivers will delay check-in.
No waiver = no play.
Can I add extras after booking?
Add-ons must be submitted in writing.
No add-ons or amendments are accepted after:
- 5 pm Wednesday before weekend bookings
- 4 days prior for weekday bookings
Grazing boards cannot be added on party day.
What can I bring?
- Nut-free birthday cake
- Candles
- Weighted balloon bouquets
- Lolly bags (hand out at end only)
- Refillable water bottles
Not permitted:
- Any other outside food
- Smash cakes
- Confetti or party poppers
We are a Peanut Free Venue.
Day of the Party
What time should we arrive?
Party parents: can arrive 30 minutes early.
Guests: arrive 15 minutes before start time.
Late arrivals reduce play time.
What happens at check-in?
- Waivers are checked
- You are guided to your party room
- Host introduces themselves
- Wristbands and socks are distributed
- Party rundown is explained
How will the party run?
- 80 minutes play
- Host guides children through attractions
- Host coordinates food time
- Cake time
- 40 minutes in party room
After your 2-hour session concludes, guests will be asked to vacate the party room promptly so we can prepare and clean the space for the next booking.
Late departures may impact the next party.
What does the party host do?
Your host will:
- MC your event
- Guide children between attractions
- Assist with safety coordination
- Bring children back for food and cake
Parents are still required to supervise children while on the floor.
Do adults need tickets?
Adults observing children do not need to purchase a ticket.
Adults who’d like to join the fun and enter the equipment area can purchase a participating supervisor ticket (prices vary).
Companion Card holders receive free entry when presented upon arrival.
How do I contact Lost & Found?
Uncollected items are disposed of after 7 days.
