Access to activities is subject to availability. Access to VR machines is capped at 15 minutes per hour. Age and height restrictions apply. For Snow World, all participants must be wearing enclosed shoes, no thongs or sandals.

Ages 3–4
Includes 1 complimentary adult supervisor
That means one adult is already included in your child’s ticket — no need to purchase one separately!
Extra supervising adults can be added if needed.
Ages 5–12
Supervising adults require their own ticket. Price varies.
0-2YRS
Access to the Toddler Zone includes 1 Participating Ticket (socks not included). Infants (0–11 months) play for free with any paying guest. If visiting on their own, a $15 infant ticket applies.
3-4YRS
Access to Toddler Zone, Gizmos Odyssey and Free Jump, includes 1 Participating Ticket (socks not included).
5-12YRS
Access to Full Venue except Toddler Zone, Snow World, Dragon Rider VR and Combat VR

You can walk in however we cannot guarantee availability especially during weekends and holidays.
Waiver
Login to your account, find your booking and sign your online waiver before you arrive. Don't forget to complete waivers for all participants.
Alternatively, if you do not have an account make sure to click the waiver link at the bottom of your confirmation email.
We require that you sign a waiver before participating.
Your Visit
Arrive at the centre 15 minutes before your session and show the QR Code you received via email.
