Sign Up

Click here and create an online account using the email address you used to purchase your play passes.

Login

Login to view the dashboard.

Find The Booking

On the dashboard, find the booking you want to manage and click the EDIT BOOKING button.

Product List

You will be taken to the full product list.

Reminder: you may only re-schedule, add or remove items if your booking starts at least 24 hours from now. No refunds.

Re-schedule or Edit Quantity

Tap re-schedule if you wish to move your booking to another date or time. Click the purple re-schedule button to confirm the change. You may also change the number of your tickets by clicking on Edit Qty.

Add Different Tickets

You may also add tickets for another age category, or socks and other add ons. Then click Check Out.

Complete The Booking

If you are purchasing additional tickets. Add the name, how you heard about us, accept the terms and press continue to complete the booking.
